Moses Strength Camp is designed for all fitness levels who love an upbeat and fast paced class!
Strength Camp is a high intensity class that incorporates both cardio and strength to help improve endurance, build up your strength, and shred fat.
Choose how many MSC classes you want to come to. All classes must be used within 1 month of the purchase date, but you can purchase multiple class packs in one month if needed. After you purchase your package you will be directed to book your classes. Not ready to book yet? Just select "skip" and follow the prompt to download our app. From there you can book classes anytime you want!
You finally booked your first class! Now what? arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainers. Each class is taught by a Moses Fitness Trainer. Before the class starts everyone will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your 40 minute strength and conditioning session!
Each class focuses on a different muscle group. To make sure you are working the muscle group you want be sure to check the class name when you book.
