You finally booked your first class! Now what? arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainers. Each class is taught by a Moses Fitness Trainer. Before the class starts everyone will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your 60 minute sports performance session!
