Head Strength & Conditioning  Coach | Owner 

Lee Moses is from Providence, Rhode Island. Lee received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he played Division I football for four years. After his college career Lee was given the opportunity to attend the Arizona Cardinals rookie minicamp. Upon returning from the NFL Lee worked full time at University Orthopedics in the physical therapy department and worked full time as a personal trainer.


In 2019 Lee moved to Hanover, Massachusetts where he opened his gym, Moses Fitness. Since Moses Fitness has been open Lee has worked will all levels of athletes ranging from youth to professionals. He takes pride in helping them all reach their goals both physically and mentally. On top on seeing athletes Lee and his team have worked with over 100 plus adults, pushing them to surpass their fitness goals.

Lee has his Personal Training, Nutritionist, and Strength and Conditioning certifications along with many years of training experience working with wide variety of both adults and athletes. He looks forward to helping you reach your goals!



Justin Hersom

Personal Trainer | CSCS 

Coach Justin Hersom is originally from Agawam, Massachusetts Justin is a former soccer and lacrosse athlete. Coach Justin received his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Keene State College and also holds his CSCS certification! Coach Justin has many years of experience working with both athletes in sports performance and adults in personal training and in a physical therapy setting. Coach justin is excited to work with all our Moses Fitness adults and athletes!



Sean Delaney

Personal trainer | CFSC Coach

Sean is originally from Hanover MA. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Wellness at Curry College. Sean has a long history of playing sports and fell in love with training and working to help improve people's strength over the past few years. Sean works with a wide range of Adults and Athletes and has useful skills and knowledge of training and dieting to help his clients succeed.  Sean is looking  forward to working with you  helping you achieve your desired goals!
