Moses Fitness is a coaching-driven strength training facility serving athletes of all ages, performance driven adults and Hyrox competitors across the South Shore of Massachusetts.

We specialize in structured adult strength training, sports performance, and hybrid endurance development. Every program we run is built around progression, movement quality, and long-term results.

Our adult training focuses on functional strength, conditioning, and consistency. Our sports performance programs support middle school, high school, and college athletes with age-appropriate training designed to improve strength, speed, durability, and confidence.

Moses Fitness is also a dedicated training destination for Hyrox athletes. With race-specific programming, specialized equipment, and athletes competing across divisions and events nationwide, our Hyrox training environment is built to prepare athletes for real race demands.

    Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

    Lee Moses is the owner and head coach at Moses Fitness, where he leads all programming across adult strength and conditioning, sports performance, and Hyrox training.

    With a background in Division I athletics and years spent coaching athletes and adults at every level, Lee brings a systems based approach to training that prioritizes movement quality, progression, and long-term development. His focus is simple: build strong, capable athletes and resilient adults through structured, intelligent training.

    At Moses Fitness, Lee is hands-on in the development of every program in the gym. From middle school athletes learning how to move well, to high school and college athletes preparing for competition, to adults and HYROX competitors training for performance and longevity, the standard remains the same train with intent, coach with purpose, and progress over time.

    The results speak for themselves. Athletes earn opportunities, competitors prepare for race day, and members stay consistent year after year because the training works.

    Lee’s role isn’t to chase trends or hype it’s to build an environment where people can trust the process, trust the coaching, and trust that their training is moving them forward.

    Taylor is a certified functional strength coach and certified Nutritional Coach.Taylor holds her bachelors degree in education from the University of Findlay. She is a former collegiate volleyball player and coach.Taylor brings 5 plus years of teaching and coaching experience.

    ‍Taylor is also the director of operations at Moses Fitness. She is your go to person for all things booking, billings, and events. You can reach Taylor at 401-301-3722.

    ‍In her free time Taylor enjoys reading, training for Hyrox and the 2025 Boston Marathon, traveling, exploring New England, and spending time with and her dog Rocket.

    Originally from Hanover, MA. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Wellness from Curry College and is a certified Functional Strength Coach. With a strong background in athletics and years of hands-on experience in strength training, Sean brings both passion and practical expertise to his work.

    Sean specializes in working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and athletes, helping them build strength, improve performance, and adopt sustainable training and nutrition habits. His approach is rooted in evidence-based methods and personalized programming designed to support each individual's unique goals.
