Strength-Based Sessions
Additional strength work using barbells. dumbbells, carries, core strengthening and controlled lifting to build volume, reinforce technique, and add extra strength days without interfering with your main lifts.
Conditioning Sessions
Train through intervals, EMOMs, and Hitt circuits designed to improve endurance and work capacity without compromising your strength progress.
