Strength Training in Hanover, MA
Moses Fitness offers coached strength, conditioning, and performance classes for adults and athletes. All classes follow structured programming and are led by experienced coaches to support long-term progress.
Our strength training program at Moses Fitness is built for those who want to build muscle, improve mobility, and train consistently with intention.
This is our primary program and where most members begin.
Training begins with guided warm-ups and mobility to prepare the body and reduce injury risk. From there, members move into focused strength work centered around functional movement patterns that carry over to daily life and long-term health.
Every class finishes with conditioning that is programmed with intention and progression. Conditioning is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, work capacity, and endurance while complementing the strength work — not competing with it.
Strength and conditioning both follow a planned progression so members continue to improve over time instead of starting over each session.
