Our classes are built to help you get stronger, move better, and stay consistent. Whether you're into structured strength training, intense Hybrid sessions, or looking to level up your performance, each class is designed with purpose — so you can train hard and make progress week after week.
Adult Strength & Conditioning
The foundation of our adult training program, these small-group sessions focus on total-body strength and functional fitness. Each 5 week training phase builds progressively to help you improve strength, stability, and flexibility all while burning calories and reducing the risk of injury. With expert coaching and a supportive environment, you’ll get stronger and more confident every session.
Strength & Conditioning members also receive unlimited access to The Lab Studio Classes.
The Lab is our dedicated studio space for Hyrox and hybrid training. Built for athletes who want to push their limits, it’s fully equipped for sleds, ski ergs, running, and functional strength work. Whether you're training for your next Hyrox race or just love the grind, The Lab is where you level up.
The Lab Studio : Hyrox / Hybrid
Our Team Training sessions are built for sports teams looking to get stronger, faster, and more resilient together. Programs are customized based on the team’s sport, season, and goals, with a focus on performance, injury prevention, and team cohesion. Sessions are led by experienced coaches who ensure athletes train with purpose and proper technique every step of the way.
Sports Performance Team Training
Middle School Program (Grades 6–8)
Our Middle School program focuses on building a strong foundation through proper movement mechanics, form, and injury prevention. Each session is designed to improve overall fitness, strength, coordination, and confidence — setting athletes up for long-term success in sports and training.
High School Program (Grades 9–12)
The High School program is built to enhance athletic performance across all sports. Training emphasizes injury prevention while developing strength, speed, and agility. Athletes follow a structured, progressive program with scalable movements to support continued growth, performance, and results.
