Lee Moses
Owner
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Lee Moses is a highly accomplished fitness professional and the founder of Moses Fitness in Hanover, Massachusetts. A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Lee earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he played Division I football for four years. After completing his college career, he attended the Arizona Cardinals' rookie minicamp, further solidifying his passion for athletic performance and physical development.
Following his time with the NFL, Lee gained valuable experience in the physical therapy department at University Orthopedics while advancing his career as a Strength and Conditioning coach. In 2019, he founded Moses Fitness, where he has successfully helped athletes of all levels, as well as dedicated adults, achieve their physical and mental goals.
Lee and his team have assisted over 100 individuals in surpassing their fitness expectations and reaching their desired results. With certifications in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training, coupled with years of experience working with a diverse clientele, Lee is dedicated to providing tailored guidance and support to help individuals realize their full fitness potential.

Taylor Moses
Nutritional Coach | CFSC | Director of Operations
Taylor is a certified functional strength coach and certified Nutritional Coach.Taylor holds her bachelors degree in education from the University of Findlay. She is a former collegiate volleyball player and coach.Taylor brings 5 plus years of teaching and coaching experience.
Taylor is also the director of operations at Moses Fitness. She is your go to person for all things booking, billings, and events. You can reach Taylor at 401-301-3722.
In her free time Taylor enjoys reading, training for Hyrox and the 2025 Boston Marathon, traveling, exploring New England, and spending time with and her dog Rocket.

Originally from Hanover, MA. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Wellness from Curry College and is a certified Functional Strength Coach. With a strong background in athletics and years of hands-on experience in strength training, Sean brings both passion and practical expertise to his work.
Sean specializes in working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and athletes, helping them build strength, improve performance, and adopt sustainable training and nutrition habits. His approach is rooted in evidence-based methods and personalized programming designed to support each individual's unique goals.
