Lee Moses is a highly accomplished fitness professional and the founder of Moses Fitness in Hanover, Massachusetts. A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Lee earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he played Division I football for four years. After completing his college career, he attended the Arizona Cardinals' rookie minicamp, further solidifying his passion for athletic performance and physical development.
Following his time with the NFL, Lee gained valuable experience in the physical therapy department at University Orthopedics while advancing his career as a Strength and Conditioning coach. In 2019, he founded Moses Fitness, where he has successfully helped athletes of all levels, as well as dedicated adults, achieve their physical and mental goals.
Lee and his team have assisted over 100 individuals in surpassing their fitness expectations and reaching their desired results.
With certifications in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training, coupled with years of experience working with a diverse clientele, Lee is dedicated to providing tailored guidance and support to help individuals realize their full fitness potential.
