Building a fitness foundation is what Moses Fitness is all about. We like to introduce our young athletes to exercise that will help them develop an awareness of how their body moves during physical activity and also teach their body certain techniques, movements, and exercises. Our youth will learn the importance of power, speed, agility, coordination, strength, and conditioning through a variety of functional training exercises. Our main focus is learning and maintaining proper form which will help our athletes reduce the likelihood of injury in the near future and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle!
