The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves your BMI, and control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

You finally booked your free trial! Now what? arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainer. Your traine will meet with you to discuss goals, past/current injuries, and what motivates you to push yourself everyday. From there you will start your first workout. This will help our trainers get a better understanding of your fitness level and design a program just for you.
Before the class starts you will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your 60 minute personal training session.
