Adult personal training sessions are offered in one on one sessions or in groups. All sessions are for one hour and are tailored to the unique goals of our clients. Each client is given a free consultation upon registration. During the consultation process we will take your measurements, spend time reviewing your goals, and making them our number one priority. Our ultimate goal is to help you achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
